Different is a horror miniseries of six interlinking episodes that explores Central European myths based on the ancestry of one cursed family.

Each episode has a self-contained story through which we delve deeper into the past to meet another member of the ill-fated family and see the roots of another fairy tale. This takes us into encounters with the Mare, the Leshy, the Fext, the Vodianoi, the Wild Hunt, and the Dryads. With each episode we learn more about Central European mythology but also about the family curse and how it began centuries ago.
